Meet Our Founder:

JOHANNY DE LA PAZ

Drawing upon over 15 years’ experience as Human Resources Executive for large corporations, Dr. De La Paz has managed all functions of the Human Resources department and has successfully monitored liability and risk for large organizations through compliance audits, adhering to employment and labor law practices, business strategies, strategic planning, change management, talent acquisition, training and leadership development, employee relations, compensation analysis, benefits administration, and human capital initiatives. Dr. De La Paz possesses a Doctoral degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Thomas University in Miami, Fl. Dr. De La Paz has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for her dedication, achievements, and leadership in Human Resources, and she was also selected to be on the cover of the Millennium Magazine – 11th edition.
